At the Performance Level, players should begin to find their positions and strengths on the court. There will be a greater emphasis on in-game situations, tactics and concepts and an understanding that game play and experience is valuable. Players at the performance level can specialize in basketball and begin to take their game to the next level. The Skill Factory is proud to have the following offerings for the Performance Level:
Players who have finished their high school basketball career and need another year of development in order to find the right college basketball team. The TSF Post Grad Team has housing, food, and educational course options while they work on development on the court. The TSF staff puts together profiles and highlights while using their relationships with college coaches to try to find the right fit.

Since 2012, The-Skill-Factory has been hosting this global event for the best U19 players in the world. Madness is spread over an entire weekend and is an all encompassing event that features guest speakers, media training, a leadership course, sessions on life lessons, and much more. The skill development and game are always highlights of the weekend as well. Madness has already seen players progress on to the NBA.
